EspoCRM is an Open Source CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software that allows you to see, enter and evaluate all your company relationships regardless of the type. People, companies or opportunities, all in an easy and intuitive interface. The target audience of the CRM is small and medium-sized businesses. There are several EspoCRM features worth mentioning: automation of leads, clients, and contacts; creating individual and mass email subscriptions; timetable of meetings, calls, and tasks; tracking client status changes.

After you install the EspoCRM module, you will see the EspoCRM on the site control panel. After clicking it, the site administrator will be redirected to the EspoCRM control panel. Furthermore, he will be already logged in and ready to manage the listings and site agents. |

Installation
1) Download and install EspoCRM
https://www.espocrm.com/download/
in the folder /espocrm/
Open the following link in your browser http://<site>/espocrm/install
2) Upload the module’s files
3) Add a rule to the .htaccess file
RewriteRule ^index/$ ../index.php/espocrm/index/ [L]
4) Install EspoCRM module in the ModInstaller section
5) Log in the admin panel and click on the EspoCRM menu item.
Create login and password for EspoCRM. Click ‘Save’
6) With administrator privileges go to Administration section and execute Rebuild and Clear Cache.
